Below are the following terms and conditions for all subscription boxes from Tamed Wild Apothecary. Please read carefully before subscribing:
1. All subscription purchases are final. Refunds & exchanges are not provided. Please make sure to ask any questions about the contents, theme or style of a box prior to purchasing. Photos of past boxes are available on our social media pages & we are always happy to answer questions in advance :)
2. Subscriptions are auto-renewing on the anniversary of your original purchase, every month. This is what makes it a subscription vs. a one time purchase, so please be sure to cancel 72 hours before your renewal date if you do not wish to renew.
3. We cannot customize a box or substitute items. We wish we could! If you would like a curated selection of items, we recommend shopping the online store.
4. If you have allergies or sensitivities to any herbs, incense, or other plant matter; we are not the right box for you! :( Our products are made with a variety of natural ingredients, therefore we cannot guarantee exclusion of any herbs or oils. Please take this into consideration when ordering.
5. We cannot be responsible for the USPS's delivery delays or delivery to incorrect addresses. Please make sure to update your mailing address before your box renewal charges if you have changed addresses. Paid orders will not update if your log in after the charge goes through. Address changes must be made in the "Manage/Edit your subscriptions" tab. USPS can be tricky at times, please take up any delivery delays with your local post office. We require all inquiries regarding missing or damaged boxes be made to our customer service department within 14 days of the original delivery date. We will always make mistakes on our end right, however we cannot be held liable for stolen packages or delayed deliveries.
6. We completely understand that things can get hectic financially and that you may need to temporarily cancel your subscription. When you decide to re-subscribe after cancelling please note that whatever day you subscribe, no matter what day of the month it is, you will receive the box correlating with that season. Example: If you cancel in May and want to re-subscribe to receive the following months box, you should wait until the next month to reactivate.
