We have learned that the mail service can be merciless with our packages at times, and occasionally something may break in transit. If this happens to you, please reach out to us and let us know right away. We will always replace broken items and will send you out a replacement ASAP!
The same goes for missing items. If you happen to notice something is not in your box that is advertised, please let us know and give us a chance to correct it. Packing in our warehouse can get hectic sometimes, and occasionally we may miss and item. We always appreciate the chance to make it right and will remedy it right away. Please alert us within 14 days of delivery.
