Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within seven business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
Once an order has shipped, Tamed Wild is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@tamedwild.com with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Subscription products and recurring orders
- Consumable items, including (but not limited to) teas, herbs, oils, and apothecary goods
- Antique or vintage items from the True Story Collection
These items are excluded due to their nature, hygiene standards, or uniqueness.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@tamedwild.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
Additional Notes
- All returns are subject to inspection before approval.
- Items returned outside the 14-day window may not be accepted.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return is approved and received.
