What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns of the following:

All Herbal products: loose herbs, teas, salts, tinctures, elixirs, bath and body products.

All Crystals: Rough, tumbled, clusters, points

Subscription Products: All subscription boxes are FINAL sales. 

Books & Publications: Books & Publications. * Decks may be returned if they are sealed in the original packaging.

Other products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with no signs of use or wear. Return postage is the responsibility of the returner and the refund given will be less the cost of the original postage.

If an item ever arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to replace it or issue a refund.
